FLUXO corrects information that is factually incorrect, outdated or presented without sufficient context.

Send the URL, excerpt and source to [email protected]. We review the source, correct material errors and keep an internal record. We reply within 5 business days. Editorial disagreement without evidence does not remove content.
1. How to request a correction
Email [email protected] with the URL, the questioned excerpt, the proposed correction and, where possible, a primary source.
2. How we assess
The team checks the source, distinguishes opinion from fact and assesses whether the change substantially affects the understanding of the text. Institutions mentioned may send updated official pages.
3. How we publish
Material errors are corrected in the content and recorded internally. Where a correction changes a conclusion, comparison or regulatory interpretation, we add a visible note with the date and nature of the change.
4. What we do not remove automatically
Editorial disagreement without factual evidence, requests to hide public information or commercial pressure are not sufficient to remove content.
5. Response time
We aim to acknowledge receipt within 5 business days. Cases requiring external documentation may take longer.
