With milk, the doce de leite comes through even more.

Our Lote 001: a natural-process Catuaí Amarelo from the Cerrado Mineiro, scoring 84 SCA points. The whole fruit dries on the bean, and it shows in the cup: caramel and doce de leite from the first sip, nuts as it cools, a full body and a long, sweet finish. Good as espresso and in any filter.

Catuaí Amarelo from the Cerrado Mineiro, Brazil's first coffee region with a Denomination of Origin: rainy summers, dry winters and a harvest that waits for ripe fruit.
Ripe cherries dry whole, skin and pulp on, before the bean is taken out. That is where the body and the caramel, doce-de-leite sweetness come from.
Roasted in Florianópolis, on Santa Catarina island.
Choose whole bean or ground. Packed in 250 g bags.
Caramel and doce de leite from the first sip, nuts as it cools a little. A full body and a long, sweet aftertaste that stays after the cup is gone.
Starting points. If it tastes bitter, grind coarser; if it tastes sour or thin, grind finer.
